Well, we are definitely ready for the summer around the Copeland house...it can't come soon enough! Seven weeks and counting. We are still in the process of figuring out where we are taking our family trip this summer, but we definitely have all the summer gear ready for where ever we decide to go.
Below are some random pictures of what we've been doing lately...

Of course we've been watching American Idol these days. We let Faith stay up past her bedtime on AI nights! I'm not sure that Simon would like the way she dressed herself, though. Cinderella dress (over a Pooh and Tigger nightgown), crown, and shoes, complete with her butterfly purse strapped tightly around her little body.
We've also been hanging around the country club...here we are riding around on our little golf cart.Last night we hung out with the Bookout's and had tons of fun like always...lots of laughs!

All the kids definitely got their fair share of germs from this set of teeth...so funny!
Playing with Spike the Dinosaur....
Running away from Spike... After church, we decided we would take the country roads through McKinney, Frisco and Little Elm. While we ventured through Little Elm, we spotted a cute little park (Beard's Park). It had this precious little log home (Miss Eva's Home) and a mini replica of the Little Elm Post Office, where they do Letters to Santa during the Christmas holiday. We let the kids swing for a little bit, and then we were off to see what else we could find. We found Super Target, the Stonebriar Mall and On The Border...what great findings!
Okay, so it looks like it could cave in anyday now, but we think it used to be a little log cabin school house. I didn't get the school bell in the picture, but I thought it was just darling.
