House Building-Week 10

Our main goal for this summer was to at least get the house bricked before football and school were in full swing. Today, the brick was delivered, so it made Shawn and I feel like we might actually meet our goal. I can't believe how fast everything is going, but everyone has mouths to feed, right? The main housing highlights for this week were the following:

-Brick was delivered
-Electrician came in a pre-wired everything
-HVAC is reaching completion

This week I've been calling drywall folks, painters, and people that do trim work. I've also met with and talked to several cabinetry guys, and we're trying to narrow that down, as well. This week they are bricking up and installing the 23 columns that will go around the porch. It's all coming soon!
