Evan is Eighteen

I can't believe my first-born nephew is eighteen. Time goes by too fast! He's thoroughly enjoying his senior year of high school. Evan received a 2-year scholarship for his choir/singing talents to Ranger Junior College. After he's done with his basics, he would like to go to a Christian college and get a degree in Music Ministry. We are so proud of him and can't wait to watch him walk across the stage in May. We had a fun day celebrating Evan. We all gave him money since he is saving up for his dream guitar. His girlfriend, Jamie, made a yummy, piano cake. Evan plays the piano, too, as well as the guitar. He's definitely a future music minister in the making.

Interesting Fact: Faith and Evan are THIRTEEN years apart in age...Evan and I are THIRTEEN years apart in age...and, Faith, Evan, and myself were all born on the THIRTEENTH of a different month. Cool, huh!
