Caldwell Coloring Contest

One of Faith's most favorite things to do is color, draw, paint, etc. She could sit for hours working on a masterpiece, so much so, she'd rather skip dinner or a chance to play outside. She absolutely loves it when she has Art class at school, and loves Mr. Dobbins. We even enrolled her in an Art class for a week this past summer--click here to see her work. Needless to say, she was ecstatic when she found out they were holding a coloring contest at Caldwell. Each grade level received an age-appropriate picture and we were told the deadline was November 18th. We told Faith to do her best and to be creative. Her daddy won some coloring contests at his elementary school, so no pressure, right? When all was said and done, below is what her final masterpiece looked like. We should find out who the big winner is when we return to school after the Thanksgiving break. Either way, we are so proud of her work. And, we're grateful for the masterpiece that God made for us each and everyday to look at through his creation.
