A Lesson in Giving

Each year our church encourages us to adopt an orphan to buy things for to make their Christmas season more cheerful. Last year we adopted a 4-year old little girl, and a 3-year old little boy, both the ages and genders of our children. We did the exact, same thing this year. The kids love going to the store and buying for these unfortunate children. They would truly buy the entire store if they could. I am blessed to have two, amazing children who have big hearts for others, and I pray their hearts would continue to break for what breaks the Lord's heart.


Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. Colossians 3:12
