Summer Reading

Boy were these two excited to go to the library and turn their hours (Faith) number of books (Jaxon), they read this summer.  Although, I'm not the biggest advocate of prizes for reading, it sure made them feel like they accomplished something HUGE, and, I guess in a way they did.  Reading is like breathing in our house...we just do it and it's necessary. I did like that they gave a new book as one of the prizes...Faith selected a brand new chapter book called, Christmas in Camelot.  She's almost finished with it already!  Yay for reading!!
