Today, yes, on Labor Day, I added some more meals to the freezer. This time, I am using a book that I bought called, Don't Panic...Dinner's in the Freezer. I love all the tips/packaging advice/and recipes this book contains. It's my new favorite!! Here's what I made today...

I plan on selecting a meal each week that I will cook for the fam, but doubling or tripling it so I can freeze the rest, so I can build up my stash. We'll see how long this lasts, but it's definitely a start.
