Tonight our church hosted a mother-son night, and I had so much fun with my sweet boy! I invited my friend Carrie, and her son Corby to join us. The evening started off with yummy snacks, drawings, and playtime. The boys listened to three, senior men that attend our church and they gave advice to the younger boys about how to respect their moms, the importance of friendships and church, etc. Later on that night, we participated in a missional activity with our boys. We went to the nearest grocery store and bought breakfast, lunch, and dinner to help stock a local food pantry. It definitely was very humbling for both the boys and their mommas, and we had a lot of laughing moments, as well.
