Our church hosted a daddy-daughter date night complete with appetizers, a mission project, and a photo booth. Shawn invited one of his friends, Jared, and their two, older daughters to join in on all the fun. Their missional project was to make blankets for kids at Children's Medical Center. Afterwards they went to Braums for some ice cream. Jaxon and I hung out at the house and waited for my dad and Cheri to drive in from Illinois. We played swords and had a great time visiting. We are grateful for one-on-one dates with our kiddos.
