A Sentimental Surprise

Most of you who have followed this blog know what a joy it was when Faith asked Jesus into her heart at Vacation Bible School this past summer before we moved to Arizona.   One of my best friends, Nicki Pacheco, led her in that prayer.  Well, today, Faith received a cross necklace from Nicki with the word, Faith, on the side of it.  The card she sent was super sweet, too.  I couldn't think of anyone better to give something like this to Faith, as she and Nicki shared a very special time together that July morning.  The gift was so thoughtful and sentimental...Faith loves her new necklace and wears it everyday.  We told her to let this necklace be a reminder when she sees it of what Christ did for her on the cross.
