Today, Shawn and I headed out to Coppell, Texas to celebrate Duwayne and Sarah's wedding. We've heard about these exciting, wedding plans for several months now, so it was very exciting to see everything come together. Their wedding was at a beautiful catholic church. It was nice to get away for a few hours with Shawn. I always enjoy going to weddings with my sweet husband--I reminisce about our vows and wedding day, and I love to reflect on God's hand in our marriage through the good times and bad. Congratulations to the Carreras!!

Isn't funny how getting time together is extra special during the fall? We are getting away together this weekend and I can't wait! Quality time is calling my name :)
Shawn & Jeff have gotten to see each other a few times this season while Jeff was scouting.
