McKinney vs. Rockwall Heath

Three years ago, we packed up our lives in Rockwall, and moved to McKinney. Tonight, we played Rockwall-Heath (where Shawn formally coached), and came out on top with a 34-31 victory. It was nothing short of another nail-biter game, but I'm so glad we never gave up and fought the good fight. Our boys desperately needed this win for a boost of confidence. Next week, we play the Rockwall Yellowjackets at Wilkerson-Sanders Stadium. I am looking forward to cheering on the Lions, but also excited to see some of my former students play football and cheer from the Rockwall side. GO LIONS!
