We headed to Longview for about a day and a half to spend time with family in Longview. On Wednesday, we met up with my Hallsville grandparents and went out to eat at Duke's. My grandmother hasn't been doing well lately, so it was great to see her out and about. She even set a record and ate more than usual. The next day we spent time visiting Shawn's family, and later on that evening we had dinner at Papacitas and ended off the evening by opening gifts. Faith received a TON of Disney Princess gifts, but her favorite was the personalized CD Grandma Sheryl got her. All the princess sing specifically to Faith, and she absolutely loves it. Jaxon received a personalized CD, as well, but it was all about being anything he wanted to be. Both kids opened a brand new CD/clock radio, as well. Jaxon's favorite gift was his ZuZu pet, and he named him Kaleye--he seriously takes him everywhere now. It was a quick trip as many of our East Texas trips are, but we had a great time!
