Today Stacy, Maci, and Dylan met us in McKinney to see Gnomeo and Juliet. We were originally going to see Rango (rated PG), but my trustworthy, pluggedin website reported that there was cussing in the movie. Yes, a PG movie...don't get me started!
All the kids really enjoyed G and J and I thought it was super cute! After the movie, we all enjoyed pizza and cookies together for lunch. The kids got the idea that they wanted their own garden gnome. Both Faith and Jaxon took a hand in painting the gnome...introducing, Gnomey the Homey...

We took the kids to see Rango before reading anything online...terrible idea! The movie was so inappropriate that we left before it was over. I later found out that it originally had a "R" rating. I learned my lesson on that one!
Loved Gnomeo and Juliet!!! Super cute. After seeing this and Tangled...I am loving the great kid friendly movies! Glad you're enjoying Spring Break! And Caldwell Zoo looks amazing!
