Today our school was being recognized for selling the most Frisco Rough Rider tickets in our district. Faith and Jaxon had never been to a real baseball game before, so we were delighted when we were offered four, free tickets, complete with a parking pass and complimentary food. It was a deal we couldn't turn down. On the way to the game, we all sang, "Take me out to the ball game, take me out (okay, you know the rest of the song and I'm starting to feel like someone from the Griswald family) And, to make things more exciting; I was asked to participate in the limbo contest down on the field after the four inning. This made me thankful for all those cheerleading days filled with backbends and flexibility practice. The best part about it was the familiar faces down there with me, Jared, Bonnie, and Dr. Waite. We had TOO much fun! We left shortly after the limbo debut on the field so the kids could get to bed, and so we wouldn't be in stand-still traffic in the parking garage. What an awesome evening!
