Faith taught Shawn and I a new prayer that she insists must be said anytime before we eat! She learned it at her new school. We've always prayed before we started eating, but for now, she wants her prayer to be said. It's actually a song-prayer.

And of course, we always say our good-night prayer that we learned from Marsha Mason. This is a prayer that her husband always prayed with his two daughters, even while he was away on business trips. I've been saying this prayer with Faith and Jaxon since they were itty-bitty.

Your Marsha story touched my heart. That is such a special family. What a wonderful tradition to pass along.
I haven't started that prayer yet but you just inspried me! I am going to start it. And, I love the new family pic! Hope to see you soon at bible study.
