Today at 11:30 Shawn surprised us and came home early, but not just for lunch, for the rest of the day! And, even better, he has ANOTHER weekend off! WOW, am I a lucky football coaches wife or what? So, after lunch and naps, we got in the car and Shawn took us to the new facility he'll be working at for the next three months. They have an inside practice facility, so that was pretty cool to see, and the kids loved running around on the turf. After touring the place, we went driving around McKinney to see what else we could find...McKinney covers a lot more ground than I thought! We tried a new restaurant tonight, as well, it's called the McKinney Tavern. We tried a little of everything...Bacon Cheeseburgers, Onion Rings, Cheese Pizza, etc. So healthy...I know! But, it was certainly very yummy!
They just changed the locks...so we couldn't get in, but we managed to get a picture of the door!
How ironic! This is definitely a keeper...he'll be 30 years old soon!
