Halloween...Already?

Faith just recently started talking about Halloween and was asking me what she was going to be this year. I thought maybe at school they were talking about it, or maybe some friends were "discussing" what they had been in the past, so I just told her we would wait and decide closer to Halloween time. Then, I figured out what triggered this whole Halloween costume conversation. Apparently, Faith saw this commercial for a Pooh and Friend's Halloween Movie. She saw them all dressed up and I guess wondered what the plans were for her Halloween attire. This is all assumption, of course, with Faith, you can't ever be sure! So, I started to think. This will probably be the last year where I have an honest say-so in what Faith gets to be. I've enjoyed picking out what she and Jaxon have been in the past, because I knew one day soon they'll want to take ownership in selecting their own costume. Faith's first year she was a bunny rabbit, for the most part. We also had a pig costume she wore, but it was pretty warm under there. We stayed at home her first Halloween and answered the door for all the tricker-treaters, and she wore the bunny rabbit costume. Last year, she was a cat and Jaxon was a cow...it kind of went along with the nursery rhyme, Hey Diddle, Diddle. I really had not given it much thought, but since my daughter has been asking, I decided to starting thinking about Halloween costumes. I'm such a SUCKER! Maybe you can help me.
