Tonight we attended our annual football banquet. We had such a great time! Attending these banquets every year just validates what great plans God has in store for Shawn and his career, and also how important my job as a coaches wife really is. It was nice being honored in front of everyone there tonight. Football season is a tough season on our little family, but it only makes us stronger and more thankful for each other. Shawn and I also had the opportunity to talk to our Superintendent tonight while waiting in line for our food. It was wonderful to get to know him and hear him tell some stories. He truly is a wonderful man and leader to work under.
