...and today was Jaxon's time.
#1 So, this morning Faith woke up before Jaxon and we played with her in our room. We thought that he was sleeping in extra long for a kid who just exceeded the 12 hour sleeping mark. I crept in his room only to find that he was only being so quiet because he found a new interest. The boy took off his diaper and went poo-poo all over himself. He had it all over his hands, feet, bedding, clothes, Elmo--EVERYTHING! Shawn was in the middle of making blueberry pancakes for all of us when I called him in to help. I must say it was pretty disgusting and was definitely a first for us. As we bathed him he was just laughing and talking up a storm as if this was a normal routine. Thankfully, he wasn't curious about what poop tasted like.
#2 After church, we stopped by the Taco Bueno drive-thru (our normal stomping grounds after church), and headed home to eat lunch. Later, we got the kids dressed so that we could peruse through McKinney Trade Days Weekend. On the way over there, Jaxon stuck his fist in his mouth and gagged his lunch right out of him. Taco Bueno plus Mandarin oranges was not a great combination to see regurgitated--YUCK! Of course he just laughed and thought it was hilarious watching his crazy parents clean him up for the second time today. This time, instead of poo, he had puke everywhere. Again, another first for us...neither of our kids have ever thrown-up in the car. After cleaning up, we continued on our way...thank goodness for the emergency pack of cleaning and clothes supplies I keep in the SUV.
Hopefully there will be no more surprises today...I don't know how much more nastiness we can take!! And, obviously, no pictures to go with this post...disgusting!

HE HE HE... sorry Lisa.. had to laugh. Welcome to little boys. Actually Logan has not done those but he has done other things like standing on the edge of the couch with out a pull up and urinating on the carpet.
Wow!! What an adventurous day! Hope the day ends on a cleaner note! :)
Ugh! Sounds like you had quite the day! At least Shawn was home and you didn't have to take care of it all alone! Always seems to help when there is an extra pair of hands.
Oh my gosh...and you kept on going! You are such a good mommy! I would've turned that car right around and called it a day!!!
I am still trying to figure out how you have 2 small kids and have never had anyone throw up in the car???? Between my two little ones it happens at least once a week!!!!
