Canton Trip

This weekend we went to good old Canton to see what we could find. We were there for about three hours but managed making a good haul with our new things back home. I went there mainly to by some decor to match with Faith's new bedding we bought her last week for her new big girl bed. Sidenote: I must say that I teared up watching her toddler bed being taken away, but we donated it to a family that lost everything here in McKinney. Anyway, it was very easy finding decor to match Faith's bedding...pink, green and white are some of the most popular colors that the vendors carry.

Grandma Sheryl met us in Canton and bought the kids these Magic t-Shirts. What makes them magic? They are just normal black and white t-shirts until the sunlight presents itself...then the picture turns into all different colors. The smallest size they had for kids was 5T, so they are a bit roomy for Faith and Jax, but since they're 100% cotton they'll probably shrink.

The kids had a good time checking out all the puppies for sale...when we get into a house again, we'll probably buy two puppies. First, we need to decide where we might be living for the next several years...decisions, decisions. Sorry for digressing! We also saw some lamb-sheep (that's what Faith calls them), a baby parrot, and some bunnies.
