Friday Night with Mimee and Pawpaw

We headed to Longview for the weekend as we had many people to see and some fun places to go. Our first stop was to my mimee and pawpaw's house in Hallsville. They took our family to this VERY good seafood place by the Longview airport called, Duke's Fish Shack. It's not a real fancy place, but the food is wonderful. I think they trump Johnny Caces and Catfish King--seriously. Of course the owners and our waitress knew mimee and pawpaw by name and had their usual order memorized; they patronize this place at least once a week. It was so much fun getting to visit with them and they are always such a joy to be around.
