Chrysalids at the Copelands

Our new friends have entered the pupal stage and we now have five, beautiful, iridescent chrysalids. It is amazing to think that the old body parts of the caterpillar will undergo a remarkable change to form the new parts that will make up the adult butterfly. It makes me think of Corinthians 5:17-Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come. Tonight we removed the paper disk with the chrysalids attached and moved them to what will be their temporary, butterfly habitat. Stay tuned for butterflies in about 7-10 days!!
