This past Thursday our sweet Jaxon Wesley started karate. They gave us a free trial class so we could see if Jaxon liked it enough to continue. We were instructed to dress him in loose clothing. This class was supposed to be the Little Dragons class for 3-5 year olds, but as you can tell from the pictures; Jaxon was the smallest kid in there. Most of the kids looked to be way older than five years old except for the little guy on Jaxon's left. So, we are thinking we will wait until this summer to check out some of their other Little Dragon classes. I will say that I was very impressed with the teachers and the way they handled each and every kid, especially Jaxon, who they spent most of their time with. Jaxon has always been an observer, so he just stood around watching all of the other kids. I want to document that the very first thing he asked his teacher was, "Are you a mean guy?" Everyone in the lobby, including ourselves, thought that was pretty funny.
