9/11

I will never forget!!  I remember walking to my college class with Shawn that day, we found it peculiar that no one was there.  Our professor walked in and said, "Why are you here, class is cancelled, did you not hear what happened?"  We quickly ran to the BSM (Baptist Student Ministry) and watched in horror on TV what happened.  Our country has come a long way since this day.

Shawn and I had our honeymoon in New York almost a year before the twin towers went down...here's a picture of them while we were on our honeymoon.

Today, this year, on this date, had a whole new meaning for me, though.

Jace Logan Hill was born.  My sister had him at 5:30.  I was so sad that I couldn't be there, but my mom represented me by wearing her Arizona t-shirt.  Check him out...
