31 is so much FUN

I'm officially one year into this new decade they call the thirties. It sure has been a great year and I know it will continue to be that way. This morning, I drove in from my sister date night and we got ready for church. What a great sermon we heard on relationships and true, agape love. After church, Shawn and the kids took me to Cheesecake Factory for a birthday lunch. It was super yummy!! We tried their Carrot Cake Cheesecake and it was wonderful! I couldn't have asked for better weather on my birthday, in fact, when the kids woke up; we took a stroll around Towne Lake Park. That evening, we had our traditional breakfast for dinner, and Shawn made pancakes and sausage. I have to mention that my big birthday present was was brand new Nikon camera. We bought it a bit early as my other camera broke on our ski trip. YAY for 31!
