So, Faith's daycare in Rockwall gave us a flyer for this complimentary class this morning. The program is called Amazing Athletes where they promote the basic fundamentals and mechanics of ball sports, along with cardivascular health and gross/motor skills. Faith had such a great time. They did some "running through the cone" activites and they focused in on throwing the football today. This is definitely something she is good at since her daddy is a football coach and die-hard football fan. Anyway, I snapped some pictures of all the action this morning.
